Cozy chalet with everything you need

We spent a Christmas skiing trip there. It is a spacious chalet that can comfortably fit three to four families. It Is nothing luxurious but it is warm and cozy and that's exactly what we were looking for. Certain furnitures are a little bit old, but the heating and water are good and consistent. There is a table tennis table which is great, but the rackets are worn out. Overall it is amazing.

Had a great Victoria day

Comfortable, spacious chalet. Ideal for young professionals looking to have a blast out of town. Beautiful view on Blue mountains.

Really nice. Good value.

The chalet was relatively clean and very big. We (10 adults) only stayed for an evening but we really enjoyed ourselves. The only knock was that the satellite was turned off so we had to work with Shaw to get it working for about 30 mins.

A place to explore and rest

Being from the city, Collingwood seemed to be the right place to call a "vacation" away from the city. Our experience at Cranberry reminded us of a classic, rustic escape. From the golf course scenery, abundant walk ways, and the beautiful marina, we were able to try many different activities spread out through the landscape of the immense resort.

The hotel staff were professional yet friendly and seemed to go above and beyond to allow our stay at the Waterfront Units to be enjoyable. The mattresses were very comfortable after a long day of exploration, and the decor suited the overlook onto the water.

Overall, we were able to remain active, eat a variety of meals within the resort, and had a great time away.

Wasaga is my favourite beach

Wasaga is my favourite Toronto beach considering the drive. When I'm craving a nice sandy fresh water beach with clean water this is my go-to. The drive, especially the last leg, is beautiful too. The water is warm and there are many beaches to choose from. I usually just wanna get wet so I just go to the nearest one as I drive into the area. The parking was a little expensive but ended up being worth it because it was so close to the beach. The park staff was patrolling the beach with ATV's and it looked like they were quite competent. The last couple trips were weekday getaways when I just wanted to 'get up early, drive like hell and sleep on the beach' so I'm not sure what it's like there on a hot summer weekend.
